Minutes of Commission meeting held on April 27, 2010.
Present: Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson, Marcia Beal, Patricia Caron. Absent: Nathan Gumlaw, James Wettlaufer.
Chairperson called the meeting to order. The minutes of the April 6, 2010 meeting were read and accepted and will be distributed.
7:15 p.m. James M. Lovendale of 27 Williams Rd., Map R-12-B-05 presented his project of a three season room addition. The project’s location is out of the wetlands jurisdiction but is very steep and because off the steepness, we requested hay bails be placed around the construction area.
7:30 p.m. The scheduled Public Hearing of a Notice of Intent for David Hemsworth’s project at 2 Collette Dr., Map R-14-A-3, DEP File #184-0244 was held. No Abutters came. Present were Mark Farrell, of Green Hill Engineering, David Hemsworth, Applicant and Don Garfield, Builder. Mark Farrell presented the plot plan. Following discussion, all were in favor of the project and of closing the Hearing at 7:50 p.m. Members signed the Order of Conditions.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM.
